Is GTO a travel tour operator?
No, we don’t provide any “tours” ourselves we simply suggest itineraries for the best golf holidays and places to play and provide the construct for golfers to build their own good value for money / quality tours. Most often we will hope to find expert “tour operators” in the region also commenting on courses and suggesting itineraries, you will be able to follow their comment link if you are more interested in their services.

GTO automatically approves all comments, however our editors do sometimes hold in moderation potential inappropriate comments.
I.E.
If service was poor and there was nothing good to say about a course we will hold all negative comments in moderation until we see a unified “this is not a good course” trend. The course will be provided with our feedback and then removed from our listings.

Other circumstances that may prevent a comment from a permanent feature.
South African Golf Tour Operators, please do not use our service for shameless self promotion. You are invited to comment and add value to the information base with you expertise and knowledge. You are even invited to link back to your services, but please refrain from “for the best golf tours in Africa visit us” kinda speech. The link to the tour service is automatically devalued for SEO purposes, so just your company name is sufficient.

SPAM comments, off topic comments and one liners are immediately removed. We suggest that comments are at least a paragraph long and concisely highlight the features of the course, facilities and key attributes to the region.
